ABSTRACT
The redevelopment of the Cotral station of Ponte Mammolo, is outlined as a winning action under several points of view. The first project, concerns the renovation of a degraded area; the second is the successful experimentation of the integration between the traditional modeling of the architectural artefact and the work in the BIM field for the management of the building site and the construction costs.
